Miki

Miki owns Mink Weave Salon and is a licensed cosmetologist. She inherited a wig shop in Flint, Michigan from her sister in 1994, which is where her hair career began. At the Flint shop she started cutting wigs for clients and built a following for attention to detail and precision. As clients began asking for installs, she learned sew-ins through extensive practice, as she has no formal training in hair weaving. With over 28 years of experience, she now focuses on styling and weaving African American hair and serves African American women clients. Clients can expect to be treated with respect and gratitude.
