Miguelina V. owns Hair by Miguelina in Gaithersburg. She studied cosmetology independently and became licensed after that study. Earlier, she opened an upscale salon called Element's Salon and mentored several of its stylists. Her coloring work is a main focus, and she is known for blending shades.
