Mickey (Kimberly Evans)

Mickey works as an independent stylist at Fringe Salon in Gig Harbor, bringing more than 15 years of work behind the chair. Earlier, the stylist opened Rebel'tude Salon & Spa in Gig Harbor in 2015, a business focused on color correction and hair extensions, where newer stylists were trained and mentored. That salon has since closed. Training started at the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute in 2011, and the stylist graduated top of class. The stylist is certified in many hair extension application methods. A nomination for a Beacon Hair Award came for work in competition hair events. Ongoing education includes advanced hair courses, national hair shows and time spent networking with other beauty professionals. Services range from tailored color and lived-in blonde to vivid shades, curl shaping and extension work. Bolder work includes vibrant fashion colors and mermaid-style hair. Consultations involve many questions and a frank discussion of what is realistic. Clients who want daring, creative looks and extensions are welcome.
