Michelle Solomon is the owner of Synergy Spa Salon & Beauty Bar, which was her first business. She has worked in the spa and beauty industry for more than four decades. Her Manhattan training included Make Up Forever, Claudio Riaz, Wella, Toni and Guy, Jane Iredale, L'Oreal and Vidal Sassoon, and covered cutting, styling, editorial and event work, color, makeup application and microblading. The Ritz-Carlton, New York, Westchester Spa recruited her as lead stylist; she spent several years there and oversaw training and development for the spa team.
