Michelle Rothman

Michelle Rothman is a co-owner of Retreat and works as an esthetician, with more than 12 years in the field. Her working life started in fashion and fine art before she moved into skin care, which she counts as her third career. Acne is her favorite area of work, and the one she excels in. She is certified in clinical customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, manual lymphatic drainage, gua sha, lash lifting and full-body waxing. She trained in gua sha through Ceicily Braden Wellness Academy, in manual lymphatic drainage through Enhanced Touch and in dermaplaning through Aesthetics Pro. She has continued her education with skin care lines including Lira Clinical, Circadia, Cosmedix, Epicuren, Eminence, YG Labs, Hale and Hush, and LED programs from Light Stim and Light Wave, along with wax lines such as Flora, Cerepil, Lycon and Berodin, and lash and brow programs from Ellebana, Minky's Lash Extensions, Beautiful Brows and Lashes, and Lash and Brow Bomb.
