Michelle Nguyen

Michelle Nguyen is the owner of Lash N Dash Beauty, where she works as a master lash artist and educator. She entered the lash industry in 2017 and had set her sights on becoming a trainer and building a team of lash artists. She reached both goals in 2021, the year she opened her own salon. Before lashes, she built a varied work history. She began in the restaurant industry at 16 and was a manager by 18, and she has also worked as a dental assistant, salesperson, junior loan processor, server and receptionist. She teaches lash training courses through the Lash Boss Academy. Her courses blend personal and professional learning in an enjoyable way, and students receive ongoing guidance.
