Michelle McMillan

Michelle McMillan founded Mission Stylehouse. Before entering beauty, she worked as a media consultant, then as a marketing director and sales strategist. She has nine years in the beauty industry and has served as lead stylist at more than 300 weddings.

Her training covers cosmetology and skincare from Avenue Five Institute in Austin, Texas, and hair training through Bumble and Bumble. She completed advanced makeup training with celebrity makeup artist James Ryder and holds a Sassoon Cutting Certification.

Her event work includes styling for Austin Fit Magazine, Tribeza Magazine, Cellucor Fitness, Farenheit Nutrition, Austin Fashion Week and the Texas Conference for Women. Past clients include Sofia Bush, Diane Von Furstenberg, Elizabeth Gilbert, Anita Hill, Esther Perel, Chelsea Peretti, Cecilia Abbot, Annie Clark, Bri Bagwell, Mallika Chopra, Angel Giuffria and Celeste Headlee.
