Michelle Langston is the founder, clinical lead and lead injector at Starlite Aesthetics. She holds the credentials MSN, APRN, FNP-BC and HNB-BC. Her training spans medical aesthetics, skin regeneration and platelet-rich plasma therapies. She is recognized as an injector and educator in aesthetic medicine. Her clinical work includes PDO thread lifts, RF microneedling and facial balancing, and she tailors dermal fillers, lip support and collagen induction therapies to individual clients. She administers wrinkle relaxers, including Daxxify, and performs Exosome Therapy. Her approach relies on evidence-based rejuvenation techniques, and she has years of experience with them. Outside the clinic, she has trained thousands of emerging injectors nationwide through live sessions, speaking engagements and online courses, including a YouTube channel. She also mentors providers in injection techniques, anatomy and holistic patient care.
