Michelle Hoffmann

Michelle Hoffmann serves as medical director and provider at Brichelle Med Spa, which she created in early 2024. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of nurse practitioner experience, serving clients in Northern Virginia.

Her training includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master's degree in Nursing earned in 2001. She also completed advanced training through the Cassie Lane Injectables program. Earlier, she was commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force, earned flight nurse wings, and gained clinical experience across medical, surgical, and intensive care settings, training fellow nurses along the way. She later practiced for more than two decades in gastroenterology, allergy and asthma, and medical aesthetics, and she serves as a clinical professor at George Mason University.

Her work centers on neurotoxins, dermal fillers, medical-grade skincare, medical weight loss programs, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
