Michelle Francis

Michelle Francis is the owner and nurse injector at Michelle RN. She is a Registered Nurse who earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Arizona State University in 1994. She worked in wound care for nearly 20 years before moving into aesthetics, and she started her own aesthetic business more than 10 years ago.

Her training includes a certificate in lasers, advanced neurotoxin injectables, dermal fillers, sclerotherapy, microneedling and chemical peels. She is a certified injector with Allergan and Galderma and is a Certified Nurse Injector. She has lectured at Empire Beauty School, mentors other nurse injectors and is passionate about education.

Naturalism is the foundation of her practice, which she treats as the most important part of aesthetic work. She has been featured in Arizona Weddings Magazine. She received the Presidential Award from Galderma, maker of Dysport, in 2017, and the Diamond Level award from Evolus, maker of Jeuveau.
