Michelle Buffkin

Michelle Buffkin is the CEO and owner of Buff'd Wellness, and she works solo, giving each client individual attention. She graduated from The Savannah School of Massage in spring 2005 and has practiced since then. Her early work included downtown day spas and high-end medical spas, followed by a busy chiropractic clinic where she developed a focus on pain relief.

She later worked with Goldin Athletic Training Association in Johns Creek from 2015 to 2019, treating athletes, and in 2019 and 2020 she partnered with Rick Hendrix Toyota Sandy Springs to offer corporate chair massage. She earned her Medical Massage Practitioner certification in 2011 and began training at The Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics in 2013, serving as an Assistant Aesthetics Instructor there by 2017. Her NeuroKinetic Therapy practice centers on pain relief and movement, and she holds NKT Level 3 certification and serves as a Study Group Lead and Assistant Instructor for NKT.

She earned NASM Personal Trainer certification in 2023 and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification in 2024, and she is currently studying NASM's nutrition program. She travels across the U.S. to keep learning advanced techniques. Credentials include LMT, MMP, NKT, CPT, CES, and LE.
