Michele Sasmor

Michele Sasmor serves as Medical Director at Skin Rejuvenation Center and Spa. She holds an MD and FACS, is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (1994), and is licensed in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Her plastic surgery residency was at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, New Hampshire. Before that she studied at the University of Denver and the University of Utah, attending the University of Utah Medical School from 1984 to 1988. Before becoming a physician, she worked as a surgical ICU nurse at the University of Utah, and as a flight nurse and emergency room nurse at University of Utah Medical Center while in medical school. She also practiced as a GYN nurse practitioner at an independent women's health clinic. Her practice includes aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, neck, eyelids, breast, abdomen and extremities, plus wound care, skin care and laser surgery. For more than twenty years she has practiced in the Newburyport area and with the Anna Jaques Hospital community. She belongs to the American Medical Association and several plastic surgery societies, among them the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. She treats children, women and men of all ages.
