Michele owns and runs Bangz Salon and also works there as a stylist. She opened the salon in 1996. Over 35 years, she has built a career as a stylist and certified colorist. Her focus is inventive coloring and cutting, including razor cutting. She has trained extensively with Goldwell, KMS, Rusk, Jingles Academy NYC and Arrojo Academy NYC, where she learned razor cutting.
