About
Michael Spagna is the owner of River City Aesthetics, where he performs aesthetic injections. He served twenty years in the United States Navy, beginning as a critical care nurse and later working as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. He retired in 2014. He then worked as an anesthesia provider at several Jacksonville-area hospital systems, among them UF Health Shands, Flagler Hospital and Mayo Clinic. His education includes a BSN from the University of Pittsburgh and an MS in Anesthesia from Georgetown University. He focuses on wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, laser resurfacing and pigment correction, and he administers every injectable treatment at the studio himself.
