About
Mia Santiago owns Headspace by Mia Santiago and works there as the hair stylist. She started her career at Sally Hershberger's salon in New York City under Sharon Dorram, then spent 15 years in New York building a salon and celebrity clientele that includes advertising, editorial and red carpet work. Her clients have included Mariska Hargitay, Hugh Jackman, Martha Stewart, Dr. Oz, Dove Cameron, Ed Sheeran, John Legend and Twenty One Pilots. She has styled hair for the VMAs, the Billboard Music Awards, the iHeart Music Awards, the Tony Awards, the Tribeca Film Festival and SXSW, and has worked on campaigns for KidSuper and Abercrombie & Fitch. Her work has been featured in Vogue, Vanity Fair, Allure, Harper's Bazaar, Glamour and other publications. She has also been a guest speaker on tour with O, The Oprah Magazine and a style specialist for the Women's Health Best of Beauty awards. She works in Columbus and travels between New York City and Los Angeles, tailoring each appointment with the aim of hair that feels right to the client.
