Mia is a colorist who has worked only with hair color for more than 20 years. Her training took her through San Francisco, Paris, New York, London, Miami and Los Angeles, and in Paris she studied balayage at a dedicated school. Her early work was at Architects & Heroes, and she later colored hair in San Francisco at DiPietro Todd. She has also styled for print and commercial shoots, working off camera. She works with Asian and Latino hair color, and she takes on corrective color work. She is the creator of the HALO anti-aging hair treatment. Allure Magazine recommends her work, and CBS 5 has named her Best Hair Colorist for several years. She has also been voted Best Hair Color in the San Francisco Bay-List, Best of City Search and San Francisco Magazine's Best of the Bay Area. She guarantees her work 100 percent. She is booked in San Francisco on Fridays, every other Thursday and Saturdays from 11am to 7pm, and in Oakland on Sundays, Mondays, every other Thursday and Saturdays from 10am to 5pm.
