Merrie

Merrie is the owner of Salon M Evolve and Heal, where she offers Reiki energy healing and sells spiritual-based merchandise in the suite. She holds the title Reiki Master and a 200-hour yoga teacher certification, and has completed yoga teacher training. Her Reiki work centers on energy medicine, working to lift emotional blocks held in the chakras and the auric field. She works with the seven main chakras, and an imbalance in one affects the others. During a session, hands are placed on or directly above the client to direct energy toward areas where it may be blocked. Reiki promotes relaxation and reduces stress. Beyond Reiki, she offers inner-child integration sessions that reflect on certain ages and work with wounded parts of the past, as well as somatic movement and breath work aimed at releasing stored tension from the body. Her spiritual card readings combine tarot and oracle cards with other modalities. She welcomes new and existing clients for hair services and Reiki.
