Merrick Brodsky, MD

Merrick Brodsky, MD, is a cosmetic dermatologic and laser surgeon with double board certification in dermatology and micrographic dermatologic surgery. He is licensed to practice medicine in California, Washington and Ohio.

He earned bachelor's degrees in biological sciences and anthropology at the University of California, Irvine, then went on to medical school at the UC Irvine School of Medicine, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed a transitional year internship at Presbyterian St. Luke's Hospital and a dermatology residency at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Center.

His further training included a fellowship in Mohs surgery, dermatologic oncology and facial reconstruction at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and The James Cancer Hospital, followed by a cosmetic surgery fellowship at Clinic 5C and the Chesnut Institute of Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery. After completing training in 2023, he practiced dermatologic surgery in Columbus, Ohio, and taught as faculty at The Ohio State University Medical Center and The James Cancer Hospital. He has been an invited speaker at national medical conferences and has contributed research to medical journals and textbooks.
