Meredith Harris

Meredith Harris works as a medical aesthetician and laser specialist at StarkMD Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Center, bringing more than 14 years of experience in the aesthetic industry. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts and an esthetician's license from the Jean Madeline Aveda Institute in Philadelphia.

Her career began as an assistant to celebrity dermatologic surgeon Dr. Patricia Wexler. She then spent more than a decade working alongside New York City dermatologists, building advanced training in skin health and laser treatments. In 2015 she helped open a Manhattan aesthetic center, where she became its lead clinical laser and skincare specialist.

At StarkMD she builds realistic skincare plans around each client's lifestyle and often pairs facial treatments with lasers and other procedures. She says skin health comes before cosmetic appearance, and that steady, consistent treatment matters more than intensity. According to the salon, her client retention is high. She continues her education through hands-on training and seminars.
