Melissa Howell

Melissa Howell owns IFanci Beauty and works there as an experienced stylist and salon leader. She studied cosmetology at a vocational high school and has more than two decades in the beauty industry.

Her career has taken her through three states. She worked independently in New York, building her own clientele, and after relocating to Virginia she worked as a stylist and salon manager.

Her services span precision haircuts, custom color, weaving, styling, updos, and work on both long and short hair. Continuing education is part of her commitment, so the salon can offer current techniques. Each look is shaped around the client's lifestyle, preferences and hair needs.
