Melissa owns Melissa Wellness Beauty, which she founded around her interest in wellness and beauty. She has more than 20 years of experience and training in the beauty industry. She earned a scholarship for the Wella Skills USA Cosmetology Award and finished second in New Jersey for Best in Cosmetology in 2000. Her work has included collaborations with Aveda and Wella. She has also been selected to attend hair shows in Germany, Miami, New Orleans, Minneapolis and New York City, for photoshoots and television. She holds a certification as a Body Systems Coach.
