Melissa Gibbens

Melissa Gibbens founded the practice. She has trained numerous physicians and nurses in aesthetic injecting over the past decade, including providers in Houston and Katy, and runs hands-on sessions focused on injection technique and practice management.

She has spoken at industry events, including ISPAN in 2018 on Neogen Plasma and Exceed Micro Needling, an AMP Growth Partners keynote in 2019 on Neogen Plasma, and The IAFA in 2021 on Neogen Plasma trends. She also spoke at the AMP Owners Summit and Aesthetic Management Partners in 2023. In 2021 Aesthetic Management Partners recognized her as a distinguished speaker, and she presented a study on neuromodulator efficacy for Merz Aesthetics.

Galderma named her an Aspire Preferred Champion in 2016 and an Aspire Presidential Champion in 2017 and 2018. Merz VIP recognized her as a top Houston provider in 2018 and listed her among the Top One Hundred Injectors in America in 2019. Evolus named her one of the top 200 injectors in America in 2019, and she held VIP status with Merz Advantage in 2022 and 2023. In 2023 Aesthetic Management Partners named her premier provider for Agnes RF and gave her the Premier Partner position.
