Melissa Clifton founded Arch Brow Bar and works there as founder, educator and creative director. She started in beauty more than 20 years ago as a makeup artist and esthetician. She developed the trimming, tweezing and shaping technique that the salon's brow work is built on, and she trains new Browistas in that technique.
