Melissa Armstrong

Melissa Armstrong founded the clinic and is its owner. She is a licensed esthetician with more than 18 years in clinical skincare and nearly two decades in skincare overall, and she has worked in energy healing for over 30 years. Her formal energy healing training started at 19 with her first Reiki master, and she later became a Reiki Master herself, holding Reiki Levels 1, 2 and 3. Her advanced study covers oncology and autoimmune esthetics. She trained in face and neck lymphatic drainage using the Vodder method and holds an Advanced Organic Cosmetic Formulation Diploma. She has also trained in customized ingredient blending drawn from Chinese medicine, and in gua sha, jade stone fascia release, aromatherapy and herbalism. Her certifications include oncology, Ayurveda, autoimmune suppressive disorders esthetics, acne clearing, hyperpigmentation, rosacea and sensitized skin, chemical peels, and Silkpeel microdermabrasion. Her practice began while she was still studying energy healing, and its focus is acne clearing, hyperpigmentation, rosacea and sensitized skin. Her work spans all skin types and ages, including general dermatology and severe inflammatory conditions. She is also a contributing author to Women's Voices of the 21st Century, a book written by 37 authors. Her treatments are intuitive and fully customized, aiming to support the skin barrier, calm inflammation and help clients feel at ease in their bodies.
