Melinda Silva, MD

Melinda Silva, MD, founded the practice and is a board-certified integrative and regenerative physician with nearly 30 years of clinical experience. After advanced fellowship training in integrative and regenerative medicine, she combines holistic and traditional approaches. Her focus is early detection, prevention and treatment of age-related disease, and she works on concerns including sleep, sex, energy, mood, stamina, weight, hair and skin. She has specialized training and experience with the Blue Peel and selects the peel type and strength for each patient, including patients with darker and ethnic skin types. Her bioidentical hormone therapy is tailored in form and dose, adjusted as levels change, and paired with a testosterone delivery method chosen for each patient, with lifestyle guidance built into the regimen. She curates the facial memberships alongside the Chula Vista team. She spent six years as a medical correspondent for Fox 5 San Diego and has been a guest expert on The Doctors twice. She was named Physician of the Year, an award chosen by patients, while working at a large HMO practice.
