About
Melba Czosnowski owns Swan Consulting Permanent Cosmetics and founded the business in 2011. She is a trained paramedical esthetician and holds the CPCP designation, Certified Permanent Cosmetics Professional. She has performed more than 10,000 procedures.
She also teaches permanent makeup. She serves as instructor for the salon's fundamental and advanced classes, developed the 180-hour Fundamental mini apprenticeship for beginners, and offers skill-based advanced classes that run one, two, or three days.
