Melanie Ouellette is a Master Stylist and the owner of JSP Hair & Color Design. She has nearly 30 years of experience in the beauty industry.
Her career began in West Palm Beach, Florida, where she focused on color and special event styling and helped develop and lead an advanced color education program. She moved to Austin, Texas in 2007. She graduated top of her class from Blaine Hair and Beauty School in 1995 and has since completed advanced training in blonding and special event styling. She has worked with L'Oréal, Wella, Kérastase and Kevin Murphy.
Her specialties are color, advanced blonding and special event styling. She also mentors and educates the next generation of stylists.
