About
Meghan has held a license as a massage therapist since 2011 and is a certified yoga instructor (CYT). She has worked with the Essentials brand since 2019. Before that, she ran Monarch Wellness Studio, a spa with cabanas right on the beach in Turks and Caicos.
Her approach mixes therapeutic technique with creativity and intuition. With deep tissue work, she lets the client's body response guide the pace, moving through each muscle layer together with the client. Her wellness training is ongoing.
