Meggan Decker works as a color specialist at Nova Collective and is also a Kevin Murphy color educator. Color, and blonding in particular, is her favorite service, and she enjoys creating with clients at the salon.

For natural-looking blondes she uses baby lights and teasing light techniques. For grey, she offers both coverage and blending with Kevin Murphy products. Her glosses and toners are used to produce soft, filtered results.
