Megan Welsh

Megan Welsh is an aesthetic nurse injector at Injector 5280. She holds an RN-BSN, has been a registered nurse since 2017, and has six years of aesthetic experience. Before moving into full-time aesthetic injecting, she worked in intensive care during the COVID-19 pandemic and in oncology and hospice care. In 2020 she finished six months of hands-on apprenticeship near Philadelphia with Dr. John Lee, an oculoplastic surgeon. She then worked full time alongside plastic surgeons in Philadelphia and Denver before joining Injector 5280, and she keeps up her training with injection courses, cadaver labs and hands-on study. She performs Botox and Dysport work, including under-eye Botox, as well as lip and chin shadow fillers, Sculptra and PRP hair restoration. She sets realistic expectations for what a treatment can do, then works with patients to order their options by goals, budget and comfort.
