About
Maya B. works as a curly hairstylist and educator at Maya | Your Curl Specialist in Sacramento. She began the path to becoming a curly hairstylist at age 13 and completed the cosmetology program at Federico's, where she also obtained a license.
After training, she honed her skills under several specialists in curly hair, color and cutting techniques, and has taken classes from Saco, ZGAT, Evan Joseph, Camille Janae and others. Her focus is helping clients understand and care for natural curls, and she keeps up with ongoing education in curl care.
