May owns Looks by May and works as its makeup artist and esthetician. She specializes in makeup for formal occasions such as weddings, and works with brides and women preparing for their special days.
She began her career in Los Angeles, California, where she moved in 2007 and started working in makeup. Her experience covers editorial, music video, film, event and print makeup, and she has worked with the luxury brand Tom Ford. She was credited as key makeup artist and special effects makeup on a 2014 entry in the 48 Hour Film Project for the Inland Empire.
She moved to New Orleans in 2015 and relocated to St. Augustine, Florida in October 2021, where she now runs the business.
