Max Lehfeldt, M.D.

Max Lehfeldt, M.D. is a board-certified plastic surgeon practicing in Pasadena. He serves as director of Radiance Spa Medical Group, where he also works as a plastic surgeon, and he also works as a plastic surgeon at Teleos Plastic Surgery.

He earned an undergraduate degree from Yale University, majoring in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry, and then studied at the USC Keck School of Medicine. His surgical training included an integrated residency in general surgery and plastic surgery at USC. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He also belongs to the American Society of Plastic Surgery, The Aesthetic Society and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

His surgical work covers facial rejuvenation, breast augmentation and enhancement, and body sculpting, as well as reconstructive surgery for breast cancer, skin cancer, abdominal wall reconstruction and traumatic injuries. He also performs non-surgical laser skin rejuvenation and consults on both surgical and non-surgical procedures. He works as a researcher and professional consultant for Allergan, contributing to physician education and product development. Early in his career he was part of a surgical team at Children's Hospital Los Angeles that separated conjoined twins in a 25-hour operation. Pasadena Magazine named him a Top Doctor for fifteen consecutive years, from 2007 to 2022, and Pasadena Weekly readers voted him Best Cosmetic Surgeon in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2015. He has written continuing medical education articles and peer-reviewed publications and has presented posters at national plastic surgery meetings.
