Matthew Morris

Matthew Morris founded the salon in 2006 and serves as its Founder and Creative Director. He began his career as a makeup artist before moving into hair, where he was drawn to creativity, technical precision and personal expression. He served as a Global Master Artist for Kerastase, where he helped build the brand's education platform. In 2018 he co-founded Elevate Salon Institute with Cameron Letterman and Marvin Gutierrez. He later joined L'Oréal Professional Products Division as Artistic Director, and he works from L'Oréal's Hudson Yards headquarters in New York City on education, creative direction and brand development. He is known for creating dramatic transformations while keeping hair healthy.
