Massimo DiCicco

Massimo DiCicco co-owns Salon Firefly and works there three days a week, spending the other two days at Bumble and bumble in New York City. He started in hair at Westchester School of Beauty Culture, then began as an apprentice at Bumble and bumble, where he worked for two and a half years before nine more years building a regular clientele there.

He also served as an educator for Bumble, teaching cutting and styling at seminars, road shows and salons around the world. For 16 seasons he worked backstage at New York, Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks, and he still works backstage for designers at Fashion Week. His hair work has appeared on runways for Marc Jacobs, BCBG and Moschino.
