MaryRose

MaryRose is a nurse practitioner at The SKN NP. She began working in healthcare more than two decades ago, in cosmetic dentistry offices on Long Island, and later spent 11 years as a staff nurse across several surgical specialties. She still practices in both hospital and outpatient settings.

Her training began with a nursing education at Molloy College. She earned a degree from Hofstra University as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and received board certification. She then completed post-graduate training as a Surgical First Assist at the University of Rochester, including operating room training, and earned a national certificate in that role. She continues to take courses through Empire Medical Training in New York City.

She collaborates with dermatologists and aesthetic physicians to keep up with current techniques and procedures.
