About
Martin Yepez is Chef de Cuisine at Orange Sky. He joined Talking Stick Resort in 2010 and advanced from Sous Chef at Orange Sky to his current role. Before joining the resort, he worked at several high-profile restaurants in the Valley. He cooks a modern steakhouse style built on Sonoran Desert ingredients and preparations. He and his culinary team have won numerous awards, including the Arizona Indian Gaming Association's Chef Challenge. As Sous Chef, he was recognized by the Arizona Republic, Arizona Foothills and Casino Player Magazine.
