About
Martha Fletcher is the founder and an injector at Fletcher Aesthetics, which she opened in 2021. She entered aesthetics in 2018 after working for eight years at Palmetto Primary Care on Daniel Island. Her education includes a nursing degree from Emory and she studied at Wofford College. She began pursuing a Doctorate of Nurse Practitioner at MUSC in 2011, and she has trained with leading aesthetic injectors in New York City, Chicago, Atlanta and Toronto. She puts continuing education and specialized injection training first. Her focus is aesthetic injections. She follows up with patients two weeks after treatment, and she wants to counter the notion that injections look fake or overfilled.
