About
Mark Guffey serves as physician and medical director at Embolden MedSpa. He holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree and is board certified in Emergency Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University, completed residencies in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine, and received his undergraduate education at Indiana University. Beyond his core training, he has advanced training in diagnostic ultrasound, aesthetics and IV therapies. He works as an Emergency Medicine physician and as EMS Director at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, Indiana. Earlier, he held the rank of Major in the United States Army Reserve Medical Corps, with service in Iraq, and he has taken part in medical missions in Ecuador, Venezuela, Romania and Cameroon.
