Marieta Fryer

Marieta Fryer is the founder of Eternal Beauty Lifestyle Clearwater Spa, a boutique medical spa in downtown Clearwater, where she leads the practice as a board-certified nurse practitioner and performs its treatments herself. She has over a decade of clinical and medical experience, including several years at other Tampa Bay med spas before opening her own studio. She attended the University of South Florida.

Her specialties are Daxxify, lip fillers and facial contouring, weight loss with GLP-1 medications, and peptide therapy. She also performs microneedling and IPL treatments, and provides hormone replacement therapy for women, including bioidentical options when appropriate, starting with labs and education and building the plan from the results. In weight loss care she reviews each client's history and goals before choosing between the two medications, then follows up with monthly check-ins and dosing adjustments.

She designs peptide and wellness protocols and recommends wellness shots. Clients see her at every visit, and each plan starts at a complimentary consultation, where she prepares a custom Daxxify injection map and reviews reference photos for lip filler shape. Her recommendations are meant to be honest rather than upsells.
