Marie Alfano

Marie Alfano serves as CEO of Oakbrook Advanced Aesthetics and holds a license as an esthetician. Her esthetics career began in 2015. She worked at one of Chicago's top spas. In 2016 she started training in 3-D eyebrow microblading. She completed her permanent makeup education at an Illinois school certified by the board of education, fulfilling the 100 required hours through the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. Her certifications cover permanent makeup artistry and removal, including permanent eyeliner, lip blush, scalp micropigmentation and saline tattoo removal. Beyond that, she has taken advanced coursework in color theory for pigments, liner design, and brow work performed with a tattoo machine. She developed a hybrid brow method of her own, which is taught through a dedicated course. She intends to start instructing aspiring permanent makeup artists.
