Maribel Pedrozo

Maribel Pedrozo is the founder of the business and has more than 30 years of experience across general, aesthetic, natural and alternative medicine. She spent her first six years in family and emergency medicine in Mexico and Colombia, then worked for 15 years as a clinical and surgical medical assistant at Alejandro Pedrozo MD dermatology clinics. For more than 20 years she has also communicated skin care knowledge and worked as a medical esthetician, including at Biobell Oriental Med Spa in South Florida. She consults for spas, beauty centers and medical spas in the United States and Latin America. Clients have included Karol G, Adamari Lopez and Helio Castroneves.

Her training begins with a general surgeon medical degree and family medicine training from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Mexico. She also holds a master's degree in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture, master-level training in aesthetic medicine, and an associate degree in advanced therapeutic massage.

Her specialties include skin care, medical esthetics, Oriental medicine and acupuncture, and pain management. She is certified as an FB Medical Specialist in skin care and in LMT pain management, holds the title of Medical Esthetician, holds a surgical assistant certification (Board SA-C), and is a Registered Medical Assistant. She is currently studying for a Registered Nurse pathway for foreign-trained physicians, a family nurse practitioner master's degree and a dermatology certification.
