Mariano Busso

He earned an M.D. at the University of Buenos Aires School of Medicine, finishing first in his class and receiving an Honoris Diploma. He spent three years studying molecular biology in the dermatology department at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, then completed a general surgery internship and a dermatology fellowship at the University of Miami.

He has served as a voluntary assistant clinical professor in the University of Miami's dermatology department and as chief of dermatology at Mercy Hospital in Miami, where he remains a senior medical attending. He has trained physicians from the U.S. and abroad in filler and Botox techniques and has over 40 medical publications listed on Google Scholar. He took part in clinical trials for Artefill (Bellafill), RADIESSE, Luminex, EMSCULPT and EMTONE. During his dermatology residency he received the George Ioannides Teaching Award and the Upjohn Research Award.
