Mariana Plaster

Mariana Plaster is the owner of Mariana Plaster Hair Extensions and the creator of the Evolution Hair Method. She is a certified trainer of the method in the United States and teaches Evolution Hair Method courses for licensed hair stylists. She started working in hair extensions at the end of 2009. Before that, she worked as a nail designer at a neighborhood salon, where she first learned extensions. She learned the Italian knot extension technique from a neighborhood salon owner over three days, and within about two years of starting in extensions she opened her first salon in the neighborhood. She specializes in hair extensions using the Evolution Hair Method and performs or supervises every application at the Orlando studio. She listens closely to clients and looks for solutions to each concern they raise.
