Mariana Castañeda-Lopez is a licensed massage therapist and attuned reiki practitioner who also facilitates breathwork. Her massage work includes Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, shiatsu and Thai massage.

She offers reiki, breathwork, massage, movement sessions and Wùo Taï, a clothed, floor-based practice that uses three-dimensional spiral movement to release tension.
