About
Maria Levic owns and founded Levics Salon. She holds the title Master Permanent Makeup Artist and also works as a cosmetologist, esthetician and instructor. Her career began in Mexico more than two decades ago and has continued in the United States, giving her more than 20 years in the industry.
She trained in dermopigmentation technology at Charme International in Miami, Florida, earning certification in December 2003. Further certifications followed: advanced micropigmentation from Bio Touch Institute in April 2008, Feather Touch microblading from Bio Touch Institute in June 2011, and Certified Master Paramedical Artist from Jinny Beauty International Pigmentation Institute in Miami in May 2014. Bio Touch Institute also certified her as a Certified Master in Feather Touch microblading and shading in February 2018, and as a Certified Master Lip Artist in November 2019. She also holds a chemical exfoliation certification.
Her specialties are brows, eyeliner, lip blush, color correction and advanced permanent makeup. Within advanced work, the Level 3 tier covers natural and classic wing upper and lower eyeliner, ombre eyeliner and lip blush. She also performs paramedical permanent makeup, including areola repigmentation, scalp pigmentation, and camouflage of scars, burns and stretch marks. Teaching future beauty professionals is part of her role, and she passes on what she learns about industry advances to both clients and students.
