Maria Espinel owns ME Aesthetics and is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She began her career as a bedside nurse, worked in that role for eight years, and then pursued a Master's degree. She holds advanced laser certification covering both ablative and non-ablative modalities.
She later joined Broward ENT and Aesthetics, a surgical practice specializing in ENT, and expanded its aesthetics division over eight years. Her experience spans 19 years across the medical field, with the last eight focused on surgery and aesthetic medicine. In 2022 she started her own aesthetics services and built the practice from the ground up.
She offers advanced botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, and Radiesse and Sculptra bio-stimulators for the face and body. She also works with PDO threads, radiofrequency, microneedling and spider vein reduction, and provides weight loss management, plus IV and IM vitamin supplements. She treats melasma, hyperpigmentation, acne and rosacea. She developed a signature liquid rhinoplasty technique that draws on her ENT and head and neck surgery background.
