About
Maria Crews founded TruGlam in 2011 as a mobile makeup business and leads it today as founder and lead esthetician. Makeup artistry is where the business began, and she has worked as key makeup artist on several fashion shows, video and photo shoots, and wedding parties. She holds an Advanced Esthetician license, which she obtained in 2014. After licensing, she spent time at local salons and spas learning the business side of beauty. Much of her career was spent working for other businesses before she founded TruGlam. She has also worked on magazine, training program, commercial and NYFW projects.
