Marcia

Marcia works as a permanent makeup technician at Make-Up Enhancements By Marcia in Belmont. She has been in the beauty industry since 1985, starting her career as a nail technician, and has practiced permanent makeup since 1995. Her earlier training included an apprenticeship with Yvonne Ray of Concord, NC. She has also worked more than ten years as a makeup and makeover artist. In 1999 she trained at The American Institute of Permanent Color Technology in California and became a certified Permanent Make-Up Technician after advanced training that year. She is also a certified electrologist and a board-certified technician for the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. Her specialty is natural-looking makeup. She blends custom pigments to match each client's coloring and keeps up with developments in permanent makeup. Clients travel hours to get a procedure.
