Mandy Baxter founded Baxter Hair Co. and developed the American Row extension method. She uses the title Extensions Specialist. She also owns Neeley Salon Suites.
With more than 20 years in hairstyling, she began as an independent contractor before owning salons, and she has owned three. Specialties include hybrid extensions that pair wefts with keratin tips, keratin tip extensions, and color for natural hair and extensions, including custom blends. Her training includes programs at More Than a Method, Haus of Muse, Beyond the Install and Hair by Caitlyn. She is a Redken Certified Colorist and a Redken Certified Design Stylist, and an IBE Elite Artist.
